William Ward has had a deep interest in Soviet MiGs since the 1970s when the cold war was very hot. At that time, he had no idea that he would end up flying MiGs for 25 years as well as owning three. Through his experience, he has seen and heard many myths surrounding the aircraft. In particular the MiG-23 Flogger and MiG-25 Foxbat series.
Ward's presentation uncovers many misconceptions of these fighters that were effective fighters in their roles. Ward is currently an Airbus Capt. with 29,000 hours including 600 on MiGs. Ward has also flown the F-104, F-100,A-26, T-33 and looks forward to talking about these proven fighters!
