ALCOHOL

Guests may choose a package from the Fargo Air Museum bar service. Special requests considered based on product availability and budget.

CAPACITY / DIMENSIONS

The Fargo Air Museum can accommodate anywhere from 5 – 1,200 guests. The Main Hangar is 180’ x 150’ and the Beck-Odegaard Hangar is 150’ x 100’.

CATERING

Guests choose their own preferred professional catering service. We will be happy to make suggestions if needed. We do not provided linens. Please consult with your catering service.

DECORATING POLICY

Decorating is allowed starting 1pm the day prior to your event pending availability. Decorating may begin earlier depending on venue schedule. Please note the following items are not allowed in the Museum: blowing bubbles, confetti, glitter, shredded paper, sprinkles, popcorn, and table sprinkles. We do not provide decorations.

PRICING

Prices do vary depending on event. Please contact the Fargo Air Museum for an accurate quote. A 50% deposit is required to reserve the Fargo Air Museum for a private occasion. Payment in full is required no later than the day of the event. Cash, check or credit card are accepted as forms of payment.

PARKING

Parking is included with the museum reservation. In the event there is a major function at the FargoDome, the Fargo Air Museum will reserve the parking lot for your guests only.

SECURITY

We are required to have security for all events with alcoholic beverages or any event that will use the outdoor ramp space. The guest is responsible to pay for a licensed and bonded security company that the Fargo Air Museum will arrange. The cost is $300 per security guard, one guard for every 100 people.

TABLES AND CHAIRS

Tables and chairs and their set-up is included as part of the venue. We do not provide linens.
